The Troy Record: Crash victim's mother speaks to teens about safe driving habits

Regina Stewart, whose son, Christopher Stewart, was killed along with Deanna Rivers, in an accident on the Northway nearly two years ago, spoke about safe driving habits for teenagers during the annual meeting of the New York Teen Safe Driving Coalition, held at the Northeastern New York Safety and Health Council in Albany, on Friday, Nov. 14.
